What’s up everyone!!!
I’m sure you all must be juggling multiple roles & must be wishing of having clones of yourself….right….I’m so sure I’m right???
OK let me ask you a question when you think of diwali what’s the first thought which comes to your mind….lighting, sweets, crackers and the most importantly clothes…what to wear & how to wear? And if we think of kids then only one thought how to make them wear anything 😉
We general rule of Diwali is to that ethnic wear is most suited but rules are meant to be broken….always 😉 (Na na don’t teach this to your kids…) Heheheheheh
So, here we are the naughty dou breaking the rules of this Diwali fashion by mingling Indian touch with western wear…..indo + western = Indo western wear.
I was just flipping through TV channels and just got bowled over Anushka Sharma’s super fun indowestern fashionable look in the song “Cutiepie” from the movie ‘Aye Dil hai Mushkil’ which had a perfect blend of skirt with a T shirt….no no Shirt, a full sleeves shirt which is unbelievably WOWW!!!
The best part of the entire look was that she looked super comfortable & confident and walking on the same lines my baby….Omaira enjoyed the attire as she was very comfortable and trust me that’s the most important for any child.
Breaking another expected fashion norm that blue colour is generally for boys…I amalgamated the entire look in shades of blue…..no pinks…no reds…the blissful Blue…liked it??
So, I used this bold blue & white checkered shirt along with solid netted long skirt. To add more splash I folded her sleeves and tucked them with help of the sleeve straps…it looked really nice as the internal part had another type of checkered pattern…to make it festive I added this white pearly white and gold statement neck peice along with shimmery gold shoes which made it look ohhhh so festiveeee!!!
Finally to tuck her Maggie hair I used some hair pins.
I am sure you now think that I am almost your clone…hehehhe as I can help you in these difficult times of dressing up your child. I hope you liked today’s look and if you do please kindly leave your kind comments below……like, share us on Fb, Instagram.
