Sipping up my coffee with this shower of rain..I bet nothing’s better than this..just love it! Today I will be accompanying my little doll ‘O’ to her first picnic and trust me I am more excited than her (long time you see!!)
Ohhoo don’t even ask as…tried teaching her few colours and a small rainy day poem…hope she will remember them…Fingers crossed 😉
To teach her colours I also got a 3D poster of a Rainbow dash – one of the main character of ‘My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic’ she got so happy looking at it that trust me it made my life easy to teach her colours now!
Also tried teaching her a poem which she heard multiple times…. Here are few lines from the same…
“Rain rain go away,
Come in some another day,
Little O wants to play,
Rain rain go away”
Keeping it easy and casual on this gloomy day, I paired up her look with a multi coloured DIY Bohemian tube swim suit along with an old school floral lined denim dungarees! Fold them up and here she is all ready to jump in water puddles..all around. I bought this from Hopscotch and it’s a very cute piece from Osh Kosh B’gosh.
Single straps (as no straps in the swim suit) will make it easy to unbutton and do all kind of things, I am sure all mothers can you understand right? hehehe
Accessorizing the look further with this colored beaded band bracelet and sprayed this last splash of colour with multi colored LCL by Walkinlifestyle polka dot Mary Jane shoes also bought from Hopscotch. I am so relaxed, this will surely keep O busy as she love colours and try to catch them where ever she can. Hope to and will love to show her a rainbow soon, God’s very own colour palate!
Awww…Just saw her figuring out colours on her swim suit….my little baby is all set to meet the new colourful family. Lets go!
Did you know?
The colors of the rainbow are Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet. An easy way to remember the colors of the rainbow is to read their initial letters in the reverse order which makes in VIBGYOR…Isn’t that cool!
Enjoy your rain, coffees and explore the wild side of your fashion and do write to me
Rain…oh…rain, please don’t let my baby’s fashion go in vain! (my one liner rain poem! Too good) Please share your rain diaries and poems as I will love reading them..
Be happy…..be colourful ….be stylish…enjoy!
Quick tip : Don a big summary hat on the her head to solve the twin purpose – to be sun safe and swanky…I bet you agree!
Thank you so much for reading!
